INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz. Ground Risofu

  • 8 oz. Just Mayo

  • 4 oz. vegan Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast powder

  • 1 tsp. pink Himalayan sea salt

  • 1/3 cup water

  • 1 tsp. black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend for 30 seconds. Serve warm or cold with crackers or vegetables. Yields 1lbs 5 ozs.
