PEPPADEW

BBQ DIP

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz. ground Risofu

  • 2 oz. peppadews

  • ¼ cup mango BBQ sauce

  • 1 oz. fresh ripe mango

  • ¼ cup water

  • 2 tbsp. BBQ seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in a food processor, blend for one minute or more to make the dip smooth. Serve with crackers, bread or vegetables. Yields 14.9 ozs.
