INGREDIENTS

8 oz. ground Risofu

½ tsp. salt
-
2 tbsp. taco seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients well
-
Heat 2 tbsp. of olive or vegetable oil over medium-high heat in a sauté pan.

Break up seasoned Risofu as you add to the oil. Keep breaking into crumbles as you brown the Risofu.

Brown well and take off heat. It’s now ready to use in wraps, tacos, burritos, salads, and bowls
