RISOFU

TACO 

WRAP

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 12” flour tortilla

  • 3 oz. browned Risofu taco meat

  • 1 oz. black beans, drained

  • 1 oz. kernel corn, drained

  • ½ oz. shredded Lettuce

  • 2 tbsp. salsa

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat tortilla in microwave for 10-15 seconds. This makes it easier to roll.

  2. Layer all ingredients down the center of the wrap.

  3. Fold in both sides.

  4. Starting at the bottom, fold the tortilla over the middle and start to roll up.

  5. Seal wrap with a dab of Ranch dressing, mayonnaise or whatever you like to use. If you are vegan just use the vegan substitutes for the mayo or dressing.

  6. Cut in half and serve with sour cream and salsa.
