Dr. Kulbir Sabharwal

Kulbir is one of the world’s foremost experts in developing specialty foods and cheese, cheese-related products. With over 38 years of experience and responsibility that includes the entire scope of creating hundreds of new products from concept to completion in formulations with various nutritional constraints. His experience in food ingredients from regular, to natural to organic and the interaction they contribute regarding specific targets is a major strength.


Mr. Sabharwal earned his Ph.D. in Food Science & Technology and an MS in Dairy Technology from Ohio State University. He earned his BS Agr., and MSc Agr., from Punjab Agricultural Univ. in Ludhiana INDIA. He is the recipient of The Merit Scholarship and Honor Student Awards in Chemist Society.

Darryl Green

Darryl is the Founder and President of DVG Nutrition since October 2014 specializing as a global business and franchise strategist and franchise owner of GNCs in Florida, Maryland and Pennsylvania.  Darryl is also involved as a venture capitalist investing in companies across all channels. Prior to DVG Nutrition, Darryl was with GNC for more than 30 years between 1983 and 2014. This included 20 years of corporate and franchise executive positions.


With GNC Franchising, he grew the business to over 3000 locations in 53 countries. Darryl also led GNC Franchising to the 7th best franchise in the world.


Prior to GNC Franchising, Darryl was Senior Vice President of Merchandising which included GNC brand management, innovation, wholesale, manufacturing, marketing, promotions and vendor relationships.

Tina Nelson

Ms. Nelson has spent nearly 20 years in the sales, marketing & contract manufacturing of organic and natural foods.  At Galaxy Nutritional Foods, Tina conceptualized and drove marketing programs for a new category of non-dairy cheese alternatives resulting in doubling sales year-over-year and creating a brand that became synonymous with healthy dairy alternatives. This was a major achievement in a new category which today is still #1.  At SunOpta, over a period of 13 years, she directed sales & marketing initiatives that contributed to the first billion dollars in revenue growth for a global, vertically-integrated private-label natural & organic food company.


Ms. Nelson has a unique insight into the complete value stream from seed to table and the challenges and opportunities small companies with big ideas are faced with on a daily basis.   This comprehensive understanding of manufacturing operations, sales channel management and social engagement with consumers give Morini Brands a significant competitive advantage.

Susan Harman

Susan Harman is Senior Research Chef at Morini Brands, with more than 35 years of professional cooking and formulating experience. Chef Harman has exemplary skills and professionalism backed by a consistent record of achievement.  Among these are; a thirty-year member of The American Culinary Federation; she was the 2002 Orlando Chef of the Year and has earned Three Silver and four Bronze medals in various cooking competitions. Working in the Resorts division of Walt Disney World for 12.5 years, then Corporate Executive Chef for Galaxy Nutritional Food Company bringing healthy new products to market, alongside Dr. Kulbir Sabharwal, has proven to be a winning and unique experience base.  After this, she Then next moved into the health care industry, for the next 15 years working on special dietary needs for seniors. The sum of these experiences, have left her well rounded and in tune with the latest trends and demands for great tasting healthy cuisine.   

Susan also holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the Institute of Technology, Old Westbury, New York.


Susan and her husband Michael, who is the Executive Pastry Chef for Universal Studios Orlando for 19 years, are passionate about their professions.

Teresa Yeykal

Ms. Yeykal is a nutritionist with over 15 years’ experience in nutrition research and consulting.  Prior to joining Morini Brands, Teresa spent 11 years as a nutrition researcher for Prevention Magazine and has collaborated on Women's Health & Fitness books for Rodale Press Publishing. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Food & Nutrition Science from Albright College, Reading, Pennsylvania.

Robert J. Redar

Mr. Redar has extensive management, selling, and marketing experience across all channels and categories in the Natural food industry, conventional supermarket, and foodservice industry for over 35 years. His knowledge base also includes the industrial and co-pack areas. From Start-ups, growing existing business for companies and the experience of buying and selling companies.


His executive experience includes Seawatch International at Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing with clients including General Mills, Heinz, DelMonte, and Unilever. Bob was Vice President and General Manager, the largest organic and natural food branded company Hain, Las Palmas Hollywood Brands. Responsible for the national sales force and introduced 135 new products. Answered directly to the President of Progresso/Ogden and his exit strategy on the senior management team provided Ogden a successful sale to Pet Foods St. Louis.


Robert is a graduate of St. Joseph College Indiana, with a degree in marketing.
